With over 25 years of roots in the St. George area, Jessica is a proud local who thrives in the great outdoors, has a lifelong love for horses, and genuinely enjoys connecting with people. After many years as a general contractor—a career that was fulfilling but not her true passion—Jessica felt the pull to create something more personal and community-driven.
That “aha” moment came when she spotted an old, forgotten horse trailer. Rather than seeing rust and ruin, she saw potential. The idea? Transform the trailer into something unique and full of life: a mobile bar service that could bring charm, chill drinks, and connection to weddings, events, and celebrations all across Southern Utah.
Pony Up was born from that spark—offering a cool, convenient, and stylish way to serve beverages at events while embracing the rustic western flair that Jessica loves. At every event, she’s not just serving drinks—she’s meeting new people, engaging in good conversations, and helping create unforgettable experiences.
